Ingredients:

  • 1 water glass of İpek Peeled Wheat
  • 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2.5 tablespoons of butter
  • 6-7 cups of water
  • Salt
  • Mint

Preparation:

Put the wheat and water in a pot and boil until the wheat is soft. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt, flour, egg yolk, lemon juice, and salt. Remove the wheat from the pot, warm it, and slowly add it to the soup while stirring. Reduce the heat when it boils. Boil over low heat for 12-15 minutes. Heat the butter in a separate pan and mix it with mint. Add to the boiling soup. Turn off the heat after 1-2 minutes. You can serve it by sprinkling red pepper flakes on it according to your desire.
