Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Coarse Bulgur
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • ½ kg spinach
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 glasses of water
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Preparation:

Wash and coarsely chop the spinach. Peel and coarsely chop the potatoes and carrots. Put the olive oil in a pot and fry the carrots and potatoes for a while. Add bulgur, tomato paste, salt, and sugar and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Once it boils, add the spinach at the end. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
