Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups chickpeas
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tea glass of Fine Bulgur
  • Half a bunch of parsley and dill
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes
  • Vegetable oil

For frying:

  • Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Soak the chickpeas the night before. The next day, drain the water and boil until soft. Drain them again and put them in a deep bowl. Peel the boiled potatoes and add them to the chickpeas. While kneading the mixture, add the bulgur for meatballs. Add chopped parsley and dill. Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes and knead the mixture. Prepare large meatballs from the mixture you prepared. Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Serve hot. Bon appétit!
