Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of fatty ground lamb minced meat
  • 2 cups of İpek Fine Bulgur
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of mint
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of red chili pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

Preparation:

Put the bulgur in a pot. Add warm water to cover it and let it stand. After 45 minutes, drain the water. Crush the garlic cloves well or pass them through a food processor. Add minced meat, garlic, and other ingredients to the prepared bulgur and knead it like meatballs for 15-20 minutes. Thread the meatballs onto thick kebab skewers and cook them on the barbecue or on the grill of the oven. If you wish, you can also cook them as small meatballs on the grill at home. Enjoy your meal!
