Ingredients:
- 2 cups İpek Peeled Wheat
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
Preparation:
Wash the wheat thoroughly. Put them in a pressure cooker and add just enough water to cover the wheat. Boil without covering the lid. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and leave it for half an hour. After half an hour, place the chicken on top of the wheat with the bones. Add salt, pepper, and water and cover the pot. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 40 minutes. After cooking, remove the lid and separate the chicken meat from the bones. Grind the wheat and chicken with the help of a hand blender. Make sure that it mixes well. Heat the butter with red pepper powder and pour it over the hot kashkek. Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve. Bon appetit!
