Ingredients;

  • 1 water glass of cooked İpek Fine Bulgur
  • 2 cups hazelnut or almond flour
  • ¼ cup dried cherries (or any dried fruit substitute)
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of water

Preparation;

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a cookie tray. Mix all ingredients together until evenly combined. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto the cookie tray. Press dough down with a fork like a peanut butter cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Bon Appetit!
