Ingredients (for dough):
- 1 glass of Fine Bulgur
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 egg
- 125 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup green olives
- 200 grams feta cheese
- 200 grams cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 red peppers
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch of dried thyme
Preparation:
Soak the bulgur in hot water for 15 minutes. Mix flour, room-temperature butter, salt, bulgur, and egg. Knead and divide the dough into 2 parts. Let it rest for 1 hour. Roll out the dough and place it in tart molds. Prick the bottoms with a fork and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. For the filling, chop the olives, vegetables, and cheese. Mix with an egg, thyme, and olive oil. Spread over the tart and bake for another 10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
