Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Fine Cracked Bulgur
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Half a glass of flour
  • 1 pack of dry yeast
  • Half a tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

First, soak the bulgur with hot water and let it soften. Then, add oil to the softened bulgur, followed by flour, salt, and yeast, and knead into a nice dough. Leave it to ferment.
