Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups İpek Fine Bulgur
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 4-5 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 teaspoons of salt (you can change according to the salt content of tomato paste)
  • Half a tea glass of olive oil

Preparation:

Soak the bulgur with 2.5 cups of water (1.5 cups boiling/1 cup room temperature). Chop the onion into small pieces, rub it with half a teaspoon of salt, and squeeze the juice out of it. Finely chop the greens. Add lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, spices, and a little olive oil and whisk to make a sauce. Mix the brewed bulgur with tomato paste completely. Add the sauce you have prepared and mix well. Finally, add the greens and serve by mixing them together. Bon Appetit!
