Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of cultivated mushrooms
  • 1 tea glass of boiled İpek Coarse Bulgur for pilaf
  • Half an onion
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Salt

Preparation:

Roast the small diced onion with sunflower oil. Add the flour and then the small chopped green pepper and continue roasting. Add the tomato paste, sliced mushrooms, and bulgur. Add enough hot water to exceed 3-4 fingers and mix. Add salt and continue boiling until the mushrooms are cooked. Blend it through the blender and serve. Bon Appetit!
