Ingredients:

  • 200 g lamb minced meat
  • 350 g İpek coarse bulgur
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of dried mint
  • 6 cups of hot water or broth
  • Salt

Preparation:

Boil the minced meat in a glass of hot water until the water is absorbed. Brown the minced meat with two tablespoons of margarine or butter. Add the bulgur, dried mint, and salt to the pot, stir, then add the broth and let it cook over low heat. After steeping for 10 minutes, the pilaf is ready to serve. Bon appétit!
