Ingredients:
- 5 or 6 medium-sized zucchini
- 1 water glass of İpek Fine Bulgur
- 1 onion (grated)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 grams of minced meat
- Half a tea glass of oil
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Mint, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini and slice them into 2-finger-wide slices after scratching the tops with a fork. Hollow out the inside of the sliced zucchini and set aside. Put bulgur, tomato paste, onion, oil, minced meat, and spices in a bowl and knead well. Place the zucchini on a baking tray and fill them with the bulgur mixture. Sprinkle a little more salt on them and pour boiling water over them. Set the oven to 200 degrees and bake the zucchini for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, serve with garlic yogurt and tomato paste sauce. Bon appétit!
